An Apology...
This is an apology to Kriston, Kevin, Mercedes, and Wreck. According to the District of Columbia the car I ferried you all to North Carolina and back in is not "safe" and "pollutes the environment." So sorry about that.
Also, I apologize for not mentioning this at the time, but there was at $500.00 per person charge for the trip, but don't worry Kriston I am willing to count Wreck as luggage. It would be great if you could get that to me as soon as possible.
Oh no, did you fail inspection? That sux. Apparently I got off easy from that trip with only needing a new main clutch basket. Mercedes has been looking for a charity case to host a keg party for -- I think Save Charles' Car is a noble cause if there ever was one.
ReplyDeleteYeah, failed the inspection, on numerous fronts. At one point I seriously considered just getting rid of the car altogether. Maybe leaving it unlocked in front of my house.

Sorry to hear that, Charles. Anytime we were below 80mph, I felt completely safe. A belated thanks for handling the driving chores.
